3 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 stick butter
1 (10 oz.) package of Andes Mint Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Combine 1 c. sugar, butter and oil. Mix well. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chips. Chill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350º. Make 2 oz. patties. Cook on cookie sheets for 10 minutes.

Can substitute chips for any other kind of chips.
