1 1/4 c. flour
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. oil or butter
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour mix into 4" (or desired size) pancakes in a hot pan or griddle. Flip after about a minute (will become bubbly). Cook on the other side for another minute or until golden brown.
