2 large cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tblsp flour
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the chickpeas and place them with the onion in a food processor and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients, except oil. Process the mixture a second time. Form the mixture into walnut sized balls and deep fry or pan fry in hot oil.
