Dumplings:

2 cups all-purpose flowur mixed with 1 teapoon salt
3/4 cup ice water
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pour flour in mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper. Make a hole in
center of flour, drop small amounts of water. Mix mixture with
fork and keep adding water. Batter will feel a little course.
Knead dough and form into a ball. Add flour to dusting board
and roll out dough into 1/8 inch thickness. Cut dumplings with
pizza cutter into 1 or 2 inch strips. Drop dumpling into boiling
chicken mixture one at a time. Do not mix. Cover and cook
about 30 to 45 minutes.

Isabelle prefers Mary B's frozen Dumplings, but if you like
