2 lbs of lean ground beef
1 1/2 Tsp of liquid smoke
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of pepper
1 Tsp of mustard seed
3 Tsp of Morton's Tender Quick
1 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together and make sure everything is incorporated. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for 24 hours. After twenty four hours divide and roll in to small rolls and wrap in foil. Place rolls on a cookie sheet in a single layer and bake in a 325 oven for 1 hour. Cool and remove from foil and wrap in clean foil. These can be frozen to use later.
