1 c. flour
1 egg beaten
1 t. salt
chicken or turkey broth
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt; then add egg. Mix together until a ball is formed. You may have to add a little broth to moisten the mixture enough to keep it together. Roll out like a pie dough on a floured board. Let dry at least 30 minutes. Cut into thin strips and drop strips into a pot of boiling broth (chicken or turkey). Cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Add pepper to taste.
