2 - 20oz cans of chunk pineapple drained
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
2 cups grated cheese
1 tube crushed Ritz Crackers
6 tablespoons pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix sugar and flour together. In a casserole dish layer pineapple then sprinkle with cheese. Add flour and sugar mixture. Add crushed Ritz crackers. Top with melted butter.
Bake for 25 min.
