Ingredients:
6 - 8 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter or margarine
powdered sugar
maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Take the stick of butter and place in 9 X 13 baking dish in 400º oven. While it is melting, crack the eggs (more eggs makes a thicker, puffier creation) and add the milk, flour, and salt to a blender and mix thoroughly (may need to scrape sides to mix all the flour sufficiently). Pour this mixture into the melted butter in the pan (all the butter does not have to be melted, but enough to cover the bottom of the pan). Cook for half hour at 350º. It is done when edges have puffed up out of the pan and parts are golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and served with maple syrup. No need for butter, as it has plenty already cooked into it!
Serves 4-6.

Personal Notes:
This is an easy, fast breakfast recipe. You can put in oven to cook while doing other things. To make variations, add cut up apple slices and cinnamon to the egg batter before pouring into the oven, or blueberries, strawberries, etc.
