1 (3 oz.) package Philly cheese
2 c confectioners sugar
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 tsp vanilla
salt
1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Place cheese in a bowl and cream until smooth. Slowly add sugar. Add the melted chocolate. Mix well. Add vanilla, salt and nuts. Mix until well blended. Press into a well greased pan. Place in refrigerator until firm.

This is now a delicious time worn recipe, but from the age of this recipe card, I believe Mom was on the cutting edge of Philly Fudge.
