2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated swiss cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1 can (6oz.) sliced mushrooms

ham and turkey (deli slices)
6 pieces of french toast

Directions:
Directions:
Make a medium white sauce by melting butter, adding the flour, then salt, then milk. Stir until slightly thick. Then add swiss cheese, paprika, and mushrooms. Keep warm.
Make 6 pieces of french toast. Layer the deli meat on one slice of toast, cover with a 2nd slice of toast. Top it off with the sauce. Serve immediately.
