1 c. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp.dried oregano, or to taste
1/4 tsp fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package pita bread,cut into halves
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, or to taste, optional



Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade, or whisking together in a large bowl, combine the olive oil with the garlic, oregano, dill, salt and pepper.
Brush each half of pita bread on both sides with oil, then stack bread and cut it into triangles. Place on three ungreased baking sheets and sprinkle with salt, extra oregano, dill and Parmesan cheese.
Bake 10 minutes, turn and bake an additional 10 minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature. Serve with hummus or other dip.
