1 medium cucumber, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1-2 T Salad Dressing
Onion juice to taste or 1/2 medium onion, grated
Green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cucumber, onion, cheese and Salad Dressing in mixer. Add food coloring (just a few drops for a pale green color). Refrigerate overnight.

My mother often made finger sandwiches filled with benedictine when she entertained her church circle and other women's groups.
