6 to 8 chops
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
3 cups cooked rice
2 cups peas
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chops in skillet and brown on both sides. Cook onion and pepper in fat. Add soup, water, rice, peas, salt and pepper. Pour half of mixture in greased baking dish, arrange half of the chops, add rest of the rice mixture and the rest of the chops. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes. You can serve soy sauce on top.

I make this dish go further by adding an extra can of mushroom soup, a little more water, and a little more cooked rice. Yummy
