4 large potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 to 3 T. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish.
In a baggie, mix the parmesan cheese, flour and salt.
Cut potatoes in thin sliced and coat in baggie. Place in a single layer in the buttered dish. Bake in 350 oven for 30 min. on each side. (May also be cooked in microwave oven approx. 6-7 min. on one side and then in conventional oven 30 min. on the other side)
