I can Petit Pois green peas
1 can French Style green beans
1 can white shoepeg corn
1 small jar pimentos
1 green bell pepper diced
1 sweet onion diced
1 purple onion diced

3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup vinegar
pepper to taste

Combine vegetables together. Mix ingredients for dressing stirring well. Pour over vegetables and stir well. Refrigerate for an hour or so before serving.

It will keep for several days and actually gets better the longer it sits.
