1 c molasses
1 c brown sugar
2 c water
1/2 c vinegar
2 eggs
1 tsp lemon extract
6 crackers rolled fine
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1 c raisins

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and cook for a short time. This amount will make three pies.

I don't recognize the handwriting on this recipe card, but found the ingredients interesting. Mince meat was very much a kitchen staple a few generations ago which may explain the importance of calling this mock mince rather than raisin pie. I suppose it is poured in a baked pie shell - the writer thought we should know this.
