Line cookie sheet with wax paper. Melt carmels, butter and milk in microwave about 60 seconds or until creamy and smooth. Pop Popcorn and pour on pan with wax paper. Pour carmel mixture over popcorn. Roll popcorn mixture into 2 inch balls and serve for sweet party snack!
