4 large eggs
1 1/2 Cups of sugar
1 level Tsp of flour
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 tsp of lemon extract ( real)

3 Pt's of 1/2 and 1/2
2 1/2 Pt's of whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the eggs and sugar and flour with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add the flavorings. Heat the 1/2 and 1/2 until steaming but not boiling. Add slowly to the egg mixture while beating until it is all incorporated and add the cream. pour batter into the ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturers directions.

This is the old fashioned ice cream that we used to use when we were small children. We would break the ice from the stock tank and that is what we used to freeze the ice cream.
