3/4 -1 c mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 c. cooked, cut-up Idaho russet potatoes 2 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. sliced celery 1/2 c. sliced green olives with pimentos 1/3 c. chopped dill pickles
Mix together all ingredients and chill before serving.
