1 lb ground chuck
1 sm onion
1 8 oz box elbow macaroni
1 sm can tomato sauce
1 sm package Velvetta cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck and onion, while that is browning, cook the macaroni according to instructions on the box, drain the macroni, add the ground chuck and tomato sauce and mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 8 by 5 (small) casserole. Top it with grated cheese ( I use colby) and bake in a 350º for 20 minutes.

This is Phil, Brian and David's favorite dish. (I really don't know why. it is so simple to make.) Of course, when they were at home, I doubled it, now that they are married, I triple it. This recipe was given to me by my mother-in-law, Laurine Hillard.
