1 onion
1 cup sliced celery
2 cups chow mein noodles (hard)
1 cup frozen mixed veggies
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans chicken rice soup
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown beef and onion. Add other ingredients. Bake at 350º for 1/2 hour, or covered for 45 minutes.
