1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 14 oz. can petite diced tomatoes, drained
2 T. Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
3 large eggs
1 c. half and half
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. pesto seasoning or dried basil
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 9 in. pie crust

Toss spinach with breadcrumbs and diced tomatoes. Fold in rest, and put in pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes. Let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
