12 slices bread
12 eggs
1 lb. bacon
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 four oz. can diced green peppers
Salt and pepper to taste

Butter dish and line with bread crumbs.
Add cheese
Add bacon
Add peppers
Beat eggs until fluffy and pour over mixture
Add salt and pepper
Bake 45 minutes at 325
