1 pound ground beef
1 pckg Hamburger Helper mix for chili tomato
3 1/3 cups hot water
3 tsp chili powder
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp red pepper sauce
6 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup sliced green onions (with tops)
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained

Cook ground beef in 10 inch skillet until brown, drain. Stir in Macaroni, Sauce Mix, water, chili powder, garlic, oregano, cumin and pepper sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 minutes more, cool 5 minutes. Place remaining ingredients in large bowl; toss with cooled ground beef mixture. Serve immediately or chill for 4 hours. Serve with sour cream if desired.
