2 sticks butter 10 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese 2 cups plain flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups rice krispies
Let butter soften to room temperature. Grate cheese. Mix all ingredients by hand. Form into small balls and press down with fork. Dip fork into flour every now and then to keep mixture from sticking to fork. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until just brown around the edges.
