2 blocks (8 oz.) cream cheese (let sit out to soften)
1 C chunky blue cheese dressing (Mazzetti's or Marie's)
3/4 C Texas Pete Buffalo Wing Sauce (NOT hot sauce)
3-4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
2 T butter, melted
bread crumbs (half to 3/4 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts to cook thoroughly (approx. 1/2 hour)
Using hand mixer, mix cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, and buffalo wing sauce
Once chicken is finished and slightly cooled, using a fork break apart/scrape with a fork to make stringy, etc. then add to mixer and mix into cream cheese mixture (don't over mix)
Spread into pie plate or medium size dish
Melt butter, and slowly add breadcrumbs to melted butter and stir to dampen bread curmbs. Using a rubber scraper or the back of your spoon , spread bread-crumb mixture to cover chicken mixture in dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes (edges bubbly)
Cool for a few minutes and serve right out of oven.
Best if served with Tostito's (actually Tostito's Scoops works the best!)
