Ingredients:  
2 C. uncooked grits, prepare as directed & salt as desired.
2 lbs. sausage
1/2 C. milk
1 1/2 lbs Cheddar Cheese
6 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme




Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage in pan and stir until slightly browned.Drain and add to grits.
Add: milk cheese eggs,salt, pepper & thyme
Put into two 9X13 casseroles.
Bake at 350 until bubbly.
