2 lbs, carrots,peeled and sliced
1 cup tomato soup
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup salad oil
1/4 tsp.salt
1 1/2 tsp. Lea and Perrins
1 onion, sliced (vidalia is best)
1 bell pepper. sliced

Boil carrots in salted water until tender. Drain well. Layer carrots, onion and bell pepper in a bowl. Mix other ingredients together and pour over all. Let marinate in refrig 24 hrs. or more..
