6 T. sugar
4 tsp. fennel seeds
2 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 c. whole almonds
2 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F. Combine sugar, fennel seeds, red pepper and salt. Add almonds and water. Spread on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick oil in a single layer. Bake until sugar melts and nuts are deep golden brown and glazed, stirring often - about 20 min. Separate with a fork, cooling completely.
