1 can Black-eyed peas, drained
1 small red onion finely chopped
1 green pepper finely chopped
3 Celery Stalks finely chopped
3 Cloves of Garlic finely chopped
1 small bottle of Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with chips and crackers.
