4 c. water
12 large cabbage leaves


Meat Mixture:
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped onions



Sauce:
8oz. can tomato sauce
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. Lemmon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Boil the cabbage leaves in the water till softened. Mix together meat mixture and place 2 Tbsp. of mixture on each leaf. Roll up firmly. Stack stuffed leaves in slow cooker. Mix sauce and pour over cabbage rolls. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
