1 bunch broccoli, broken into bite-sized pieces
2 green onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
slivered almonds
green grapes
raisins
1 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1 T. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar (or less)

Directions:
Directions:
In a serving bowl, combine the broccoli, green onions, celery, almonds, green grapes and raisins.

In a jar combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Shake well and pour over the broccoli mixture. Stir and chill overnight.

Other good additions/substitutions are sunflower seeds, bacon and mushrooms - or anything that sounds good!
