1/2 c. olive oil (or less)
3 T. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
dried cranberries
Feta cheese, crumbled
sliced almonds, toasted
red onion, thinly sliced
bacon, fried and crumbled

For dressing, combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well.

For salad, combine salad ingredients and toss with just enough dressing to coat.
