1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
4 eggs
1 C. Crisco Oil
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes with mixer. Pour into greased pan or long bowl. Bake at 350º until toothpick test is clean.

Icing:
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 ( 15 oz. ) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 box instant vanilla pudding
Mix and pour on cool cake. Refrigerate
