1 C. Shortening
1 1/2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 C. Flour
2 T, Cream of Tarter
1 T. Soda
Salt, Pinch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Shortening, sugar and eggs together. Set aside. Sift together flour, cream of tarter, soda and salt. add to shortening mixture. Cool in refridgerator. Roll in walnut size balls and press with a cinnamon and sugar misture. Bake at 350º

Daddy ( Collen ) never knew the reunion was mothers. He enjoyed it so much. Her people were difinitely his. He actually made thousand of the above cookies
