1 lb. Hamburger fried
1 pkg. taco seasoning mixed with hamburger as directed
1 c. uncooked rice
1 - 15oz. can of each: Black Beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce
4oz. diced green chilies
1 T. fresh cilantro chopped
salt to taste

Directions:
Cook rice, 1cup rice to 2 cups boiling water cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Mix all together in casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350º for 1/2 hour.
