2 C. Sugar
2 T. Flour
1 T. Corn Meal
1 Stick Butter, Melted
3 Eggs, Beaten
1/2 C. Buttermilk
2 T. Vanilla
1 unbaked Pastry Shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, Flour, and cornmeal mixing well. Stir in butter, mix well, add beaten egg mixing well. Add Buttermilk and vanilla stirring until blended well. Pour mixture in the shell, Bake in preheated oven at 425º for 10 minutes. Reduce temp. to 325º, bake for 30 minutes. When pie begins to brown, cover with foil if necessary.
