3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water

1/4 c. key lime juice
2 T. Tequila

Zest from 2-3 key limes

3 c. Pineapple chunks
3 c. Strawberries, sliced
3 c. Kiwi, sliced
3 c. Grapes
3 c. Honeydew Melon
3 c. Cantaloupe

Directions:
Directions:
Stir water and sugar together in a saucepan, cook 3-4 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.

Stir in key lime juice and tequila.

Let cool completely, refrigerate until chilled.

Just before tossing over fruit, stir in zest.

Toss well over fruit and serve immediately.

I use an egg slicer for the strawberries and kiwi and a melon baller for the honeydew and cantaloupe.
