1/2 cup of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic crushed
2 large cans of tomato sauce
2 fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet add the olive oil and crushed garlic and saute lightly to flavor the olive oil, add your tomato sauce and basil leaves stir to blend and add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on simmer for about 15 minutes. This is a great basic sauce for pasta and or lasagna. You can add meat or seafood for variety.
