4 chicken fillet breasts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream Ritz crackers (1 stack) crushed 2/3 stick margarine (melted) poppy seed
Cook chicken breasts until tender and cut into small pieces. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour a little soup/sour cream mixture in bottom of baking dish. Then all of chicken. Sprinkle poppy seed over chicken. Mix melted margarine and crushed ritz crackers. Place on top. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes.
