2 lbs. of frozen hash brown's
16 oz. of sour cream
2 c. of shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 stick of margarine, melted
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. of crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onions and potaotes in margarine in skillet.
2. In bowl, mix soup and sour cream together, and cheese; add potatoes and onions and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour into 13 x 9 buttered baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
4. Five minutes before, cover mixture with crushed corn flakes and bake an additional 15 mniutes.
