Deep dish pie shell (baked) 12 oz. pkg. bacon (crispy & chopped) 1/2 bunch green onions (sliced) 3 med. tomatoes (quartered & sliced) 1 1/2 c. mayo 1 1/2 c. shredded xtra sharp cheddar cheese (tastes better if you shred it yourself
Mix mayo & shredded cheese together for your topping. Layer in pie shell tomatoes, onions, and bacon, then repeat. Smooth on mayo and cheese mixture on top. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.
