1. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt, and sugar.
2. Add oil and beat well.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
4. Stir in carrots and nuts.
5. Blend thoroughly.
6. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
8. Frost with cream cheese icing.
