6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. white cooking wine
1/2 c. lemon juice
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, salt, and pepper.
2. Bread chicken and chill for an hour.
3. Heat butter and olive oil on medium high.
4. Brown chicken on both sides.
5. Remove from heat and drain grease.
6. Add wine and lemon juice in the skillet and return chicken to mixture.
7. Simmer for about 20 min. until chicken is done.
8. Remove and add parsley.
