1 Tbs + 2 tsp butter
2 cups diced green pepper
2 cups diced onion
3/4 cup diced celery
1 clove garlic
dash pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
salt to taste
3 cup canned tomatoes
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 Lbs shrimp cleaned and drained

Melt butter in an electric skillet. Add and saute, onion, pepper, garlic, celery, salt, pepper and paprika. Add tomatoes and water. Simmer uncovered about 1 hour. Add shrimp and simmer another 10 - 15 minutes.
