2 c. persimmon pulp
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 shake of cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 in. pan.
2. Mix all ingredients togehter and beat well.
3. Pour butter into the batter and mix well.
4. Bake 1 hr. at 350 degrees.
