2 c. sifted flour
1 t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
9 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/3 c. orange juice
1 c. chopped nuts - macadamia is good

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs and beat to blend.
Combine bananas, crushed pineapple and orange juice.
Stir into creamed mixture alternately with sifted dry ingredients, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Stir in nuts last.
Turn into well buttered loaf pan and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes, then bake at 350º for 60 to 90 minutes.
