1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
Margarine
8 slices bread
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk (can use reconstituted powdered milk or canned evaporated)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread peanut butter on 4 slices bread; top with remaining bread to make 4 sandwiches. Mix eggs, milk and salt. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture and brown in a little margarine over low heat on both sides.
