2 heads cabbage
6 carrots
8 onions
9 sweet peppers
9 red sweet peppers
2 Tbsp celery (white) seed
2 Tbsp mustard seed
2 hot peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Put all through food chopper or food processor. Mix all vegtables with 1/2 cup salt. Let stand 2 hours - squeeze all water out - add 3 pints vinegar, and 3 pints sugar. Heat vinegar to boiling point add to pickles. Mix well - put in hot jars and can.
