1/3 cup vegetable or olive oil;
1/4 cup honey;
2 T cider or Balsamic vinegar;
2 tsps poppy seeds;
1/2 tsp salt.

In a small bowl or jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; mix or shake well. Serve over a green salad and/or fresh fruit pieces. Store in the refrigerator.
Note: If you think all the dressing won't be used for one meal and remainder will need to be refrigerated it would be best to use veggie oil instead of olive oil as the latter does not refrigerate well.

Tastes so good over any greens and/or fresh fruit pieces. A great way to get more fiber and vitamins/minerals into your family - and they'll never know it unless you mention it.
